The challenge
New Welltech Industries, a Gandhinagar-based structural steel fabricator with 15+ years of operational history and 500+ delivered industrial projects across Gujarat, operated primarily through direct referrals without a centralized digital presence. They needed a high-performance web platform to present their manufacturing capabilities across factory sheds, warehouse structures, and commercial ACP elevations, automate quotation requests with specific site parameters, and establish local search dominance across Gandhinagar and surrounding industrial zones.
Context
Hayati NextGen Technologies architected and built the official web platform for New Welltech Industries (www.newwelltechindustries.com) as a full-lifecycle client delivery. The platform serves as their primary commercial showcase, technical specifications catalogue, and digital lead-intake engine.
Architecture
The system was engineered using modern static site generation (SSG) with optimized asset delivery, zero layout shift, and instant client-side interactions. The user experience incorporates a dual-mode theme system, interactive product catalogues with high-resolution engineering galleries, and an AI discoverability layer (llms.txt) for search-grounded language models. Connected JSON-LD structured data (@graph with Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, ImageGallery, and FAQPage nodes) establishes an authoritative knowledge graph.
What we built
We delivered a full-spectrum industrial web platform featuring: a searchable architectural metalwork catalogue spanning 6 core disciplines (industrial shades, warehouses, parking shades, residential fabrication, ACP work, skylight domes); a responsive site survey and quotation intake funnel; dual-facility location mapping for the Pethapur workshop and Sector 17 office; an interactive project portfolio with high-efficiency WebP imagery; and a 15-question technical FAQ repository addressing structural shed costs, timeline estimates, and PEB versus conventional steel comparisons.
